16th Annual East Meets West Corporate Travel Trade Show

 

It’s trade show time! 

The Inland Northwest Business Travel Association’s (INBTA) “16th Annual East Meets West Corporate Travel Trade Show” is just around the corner.  The trade show will be held on Tuesday, April 14, at the Spokane Convention Center’s Centennial Ballroom from 4:30 p.m. to 8 p.m

This event brings previously qualified corporate travel buyers and meeting planners to you in a fun and informal setting. Great place to network for vendors and attendees alike! Food and beverages will be served. Parking at the Convention Center is complimentary. 

Exhibitor Registration Fees: BTA Members are $450. Non-members are $600, but can combine INBTA membership and registration for $625. Registration fee includes an 8-foot table top (one exhibitor per table), admission for 2 exhibitor representatives, list of attendees after the event, and event food and beverage. Exhibit space is allocated on a first come, first served basis.

DoubleTree by Hilton Spokane, located just outside the Convention Center, is offering Vendors who wish to stay overnight a special rate. Please contact Margrett Gustafson by email ([email protected]) or telephone (509-744-2320) for reservations. 

Door prizes are required for the Passport Drawing. The Passport contains each exhibitor’s name. To complete the Passport and qualify for prizes, qualified attendees must visit each exhibitor to obtain the exhibitor’s signature/initials/stamp on the Passport. Attendees must submit a completed Passport to be eligible for door prizes. Each Vendor is REQUIRED to bring ONE door prize for the Passport Drawing. Vendors may do an additional drawing with business cards gathered at their booth if they wish; however, that prize must be SEPARATE from the prize donated for the Passport Drawing.
