Northwest Farm Credit Services Named Best Places to Work Winner for 2018, third consecutive year receiving the award

SPOKANE, Wash. (Sept. 26, 2018) – Northwest Farm Credit Services was named the top 2018 Best Places to Work Inland Northwest for large-sized companies (300-999 employees). It’s the third consecutive year that the company has received the award.

“We appreciate and value this honor,” said company President and CEO Phil DiPofi. “It recognizes the hard work of our employees and their dedication to fostering a culture where everyone feels valued and supported in their efforts to serve each other, our customers and the communities where we live and work. Everyone at Northwest FCS should feel proud of their accomplishments in making our company a best place to work.”

The Best Places to Work Inland Northwest was created by the Spokane Journal of Business and Best Companies Group. This survey and awards program was designed to identify, recognize and honor the best employers in the Inland Northwest, benefiting the region’s economy, workforce and businesses.

To be considered for the award, companies from across the region entered a two-part process. The first part evaluated each entrant company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophies, systems and demographics; the second part was a confidential employee survey to measure the employment experience. Best Companies Group objectively evaluated both parts to determine the top companies and final rankings.
